3. Josh Green

When the Dallas Mavericks extended Josh Green's contract right before the start of the regular season, there was tons of optimism among Mavs fans regarding his future. Green has shown flashes that he can be a reliable role player, but he has also shown that he is one of the most inconsistent players on the team.

When Green is playing with confidence, he is great. His jumper has improved significantly over the years, as he has turned into a deadly 3-point shooter from the corners. But when Green isn't confident, he doesn't provide much value offensively.

Green went through a stretch when he looked like he could be the perfect complement to Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving, and now he has been removed from the starting lineup in favor of Derrick Jones Jr.

Green's youth and team-friendly contract are two reasons that a team could consider trading for him, and if the Mavs want to make another big splash this summer, Green may have to be included in the deal.

The Charlotte Hornets showed interest in him as recently as this trade deadline, and he is someone that teams called about last summer. If Green doesn't show some consistency and reliability down the stretch, he could be someone who is on trade watch this offseason.
