The Dallas Mavericks are gearing up for a massive offseason. Luka Doncic has led them to the playoffs two straight years, but they were knocked out in the first round both times. The Mavs have a new head coach and general manager already. They will attempt to improve the roster around their 22-year-old superstar enough to jump into title contention.

It is a massive summer for Luka too. He led Slovenia to the Olympics by topping Lithuania. Doncic also got his own day in Dallas county because of his incredible basketball play so far. The 22-year-old wants to lead his country to an Olympic medal in Tokyo to cap off the incredible summer.

Luka also has a new logo that will feature on his Air Jordan 36 colorways. Let us take a closer look.

Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic has a new logo

ESPN’s Nick DePaula tweeted pictures of Doncic and his new logo on July 11.

The Air Jordan 36’s are set to release to the public this fall. Fans can bet Luka will be wearing them in the Olympics. Slovenia has their first of three group games on July 26 against Argentina. They also face Japan and Spain in Group C. Slovenia will have to finish in the top two to guarantee a spot in the knockout phase.

Luka’s new logo incorporates both the LD and his number, 77. Doncic has long been the best NBA player to wear 77. The 22-year-old has a chance to build on that legacy this summer. Leading Slovenia, a country of just over 2 million people, to an Olympic medal would be an incredible accomplishment.
