Players the Dallas Mavericks should re-sign in free agency

There are three players the Mavs should be looking to bring back next season.

Dallas Mavericks keep Boban Marjanovic on a veteran minimum deal

Bobi is a fan favorite that plays an important role for the Mavericks. He is one of the funniest players in the league and everyone loves him. The 7’4 big man is a fantastic addition to any locker room because he knows how to lighten the mood.

On the court, Marjanovic is the perfect third-string center. He never complains about his role or minutes. When called upon, Boban is going to check in and dominate the paint. His sheer size causes problems for the opposition, and he has an incredibly soft touch around the rim.

Marjanovic is an unrestricted free agent this summer. The Mavericks will likely sign him to a veteran minimum deal or slightly above after they have made their other moves.

Dallas Mavericks keep Nate Hinton and Tyler Bey on two-way deals

Mavs fans did not see much of either of their two-way players this season, but both showed well inside the G League bubble. Hinton and Bey both have the potential to blossom into 3-and-D wings, and Dallas should continue to develop the two youngsters on two-way deals.
