Adjustment to expect in Game 4 of Dallas Mavericks vs. Clippers: 1. Answer Clips small ball

The Mavericks have won the minutes with the starters on the floor in each of the first three games. They are plus-25 in Luka Doncic’s 117.4 minutes in the series. LA won Game 3 by going small. Serge Ibaka was out with a back injury, and Ivica Zubac only played 11 minutes. Rajon Rondo and Terance Mann came in and gave the Clippers a massive lift. Expect both men to play more in Game 4.

The Mavs must be more aggressive in attacking LA’s smaller lineups. Marcus Morris Sr. has fouled out in two straight games. Paul George and Rondo each finished with four on Friday night. Dallas needs to up the aggression and force the Clippers into foul trouble. Nothing should be stopping them from finishing at the rim.

The Mavericks must win the rebounding battle with LA going small. It was 39 to 33 in favor of the Clippers in Game 3. Dallas needs to put a body on the opposition and grab boards. They must be the more physical and aggressive team at the American Airlines Center on May 30.
