Dallas Mavericks grade going into All-Star break: Wesley Iwundu

The Mavs signed Iwundu to a two-year deal in the offseason, and the 26-year-old bested J.J. Barea for the last roster spot during training camp. Iwundu has played well on the defensive end of the floor, but his offense has limited him to just 246 minutes in the first half. He needs to improve his jumper to grab a consistent role.

First-half grade for Dallas Mavericks wing Wesley Iwundu: C-minus

Dallas Mavericks grade going into All-Star break: Boban Marjanovic

Boban helped the Mavs top the Nuggets on Jan. 7 with 12 points in 16 minutes. He came off the bench for a key 13 minutes against the Celtics on Feb. 23. Marjanovic had ten points and eight rebounds as Dallas won the game by three. That is the perfect role for Bobi. He comes in and impacts the game in the right matchups.

First-half grade for Dallas Mavericks center Boban Marjanovic: B

Boban has performed slightly above expectations considering he is the fourth center behind Kristaps Porzingis, Willie Cauley-Stein, and Dwight Powell. That was enough to grab him a B so far. Bobi will continue being a matchups play that will help them win a few more games after the All-Star break.
