NBA Draft 2020: Start time, live stream, TV info and more

The 2020 NBA Draft is finally here. It normally takes place in June, but the global pandemic pushed things back. The prospects have been training for years preparing for this moment, and it will be a franchise-altering night for multiple teams.

The Dallas Mavericks currently hold the 18th and 31st overall picks in the Nov. 18 event. They have been talking trades with the selections as they attempt to jump into title contention next season. Fans will just have to wait and see what happens.

2020 NBA Draft start time

The Minnesota Timberwolves will be on the clock with the number one overall pick shortly after 7:00 p.m. CT or 8:00 p.m. ET. The second round is scheduled to begin at 10:00 p.m. CT. Fans know round two often flies by, so stay on your toes.

Fans can check out the draft on ESPN or ESPN U. Their coverage begins 30 minutes early.

The live stream of ESPN’s coverage is available on Watch ESPN. Fubo.TV also has fans covered with ESPN and more live TV.

Fans can also watch a stream on Mavs.com that starts at 6:30 p.m. CT. Bobby Karalla, Skin Wade, and Chuck Cooperstein are on the call and have plenty of guests lined up including Dirk Nowitzki, Michael Finley, and more. The team’s website will also be airing the press conference with GM Donnie Nelson following the draft.
