Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic had a 41-point triple-double against the Detroit Pistons on Dec. 12. Find out how to watch that game on April 19.

The Dallas Mavericks would be playing playoff games right now in a normal season. Fans may never know how those final 15 regular season contests would have turned out. The Mavs appeared to be hitting their stride when the NBA suspended play.

With no live sports on because of the novel coronavirus, Fox Sports Southwest has been airing some classic Mavericks games. That continues on Sunday with an evening full of content. Let us take a look at the schedule.

It kicks off at 5:00 p.m. CT with the Mavericks championship parade from 2011. Re-live an amazing day in the team’s history.

The game begins at 6:00 p.m. CT. It is the Mavs versus Pistons from Mexico City. It took place on Dec. 12, 2019. There is a second showing at 9:00 p.m.

At 8:00 p.m. Mavs fans can watch a documentary on Dirk Nowitzki. It celebrates his first 20 years in Dallas.

Why watch?

Mavericks supporters should not need any convincing. It is celebrating the championship season and Dirk plus an incredible game.

For fans that do not remember, the Mexico City game is the final contest before Luka Doncic injures his ankle the first time. It may be the best game of Doncic’s career too. He drops a 41-point triple-double on 24 field goal attempts. The Mavs outscored the Pistons by 29 points when Luka is on the floor.

Seth Curry drops 30 points off the bench too. He hits six 3-pointers. The performance includes an 18-point second quarter where Curry looks like he will never miss again.

Hopefully, you tune in and enjoy an evening of Dallas Mavericks basketball. Please, stay safe and be smart during this uncertain time.
