Highlights and looking ahead

Tim Hardaway Jr. dropped 33 points against the Utah Jazz in 37 minutes. If not for a poor second quarter, the Dallas Mavericks may have picked up a victory on Monday night. The second unit struggled mightily against the Jazz. Utah shot the ball well for 48 minutes too. They were 59.0 percent from the field on the night.

That did not stop THJ from producing an exciting highlight reel, though. Fans can take a look below.

What’s next?

The Mavericks have just one more game before the All-Star break. They host the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday. The Kings have won three of their last four. The two teams have split their first two meetings this season.

Luka Doncic is expected to return on Wednesday. That paves the way for him to play in his first All-Star game on Sunday night. Expect the 20-year-old star to put on a show in both contests.

Hardaway Jr. had 18 points in the last meeting against the Kings. Hopefully, he can stay hot heading into the break. Luka will certainly provide plenty of open looks for him.
