Dallas Mavericks player primed for career year: 1. Luka Doncic

Doncic is on the verge of winning his first MVP honors as the 22-year-old superstar looks to be the face of the league during his prime. Luka finished fourth and sixth in MVP voting the last two years, but can he get over the hump and win the award in 2022?

The 6’7 guard has taken significant steps forward in each offseason since joining the Mavericks. Following his rookie year, Doncic improved his finishing around the rim and found another gear with his playmaking.
