Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic will make his fourth straight All-Star appearance on Sunday night. It will be his third start and the first time that he enters the break leading the league in scoring. Doncic is an unstoppable force, but fans are beginning to notice an All-Star weekend trend.

Luka is always hanging out with Nikola Jokic. The reigning two-time MVP is in his fifth straight All-Star appearance. He and Doncic have been good friends for years, and the duo is always spotted together during All-Star weekend.

Fans know that super teams are often formed through friendships. Look at Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving in Brooklyn, LeBron James joining forces with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh in Miami, or Durant getting traded to Phoenix to play with Devin Booker. NBA players want to play with their friends, so could this be the first sign of a future super team?

Doncic was putting on his usual show during practice, including hitting the unbelievable trick shot below. Notice that Jokic is right there picking on his friend as the attempt goes up.

Luka Doncic and Nikola Jokic are from the same area of the world, and the duo loves to joke around and have fun. They are hilarious as teammates along with being two of the best players in the world.

Jokic has won two MVP awards in Denver, and Doncic just helped the Dallas Mavericks reach the conference finals, but both are still looking for their first ring. Chasing a championship could be the force that draws the 6’11 big man and the best playmaker in the world to join forces, but when?
