Tuesday night, the Dallas Mavericks put the rest of the league on notice as they defeated the Sacramento Kings by 36 points. This was one of the best wins of the year, and there was plenty to be excited about from this game if you're a Mavs fan.

Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving showed their deep chemistry, role players knocked down their shots, and their defense down low on Domantas Sabonis was excellent.

The Mavs looked like a team that could take down any team in the Western Conference in this game, and they have another chance to beat the Kings tomorrow.

Lakers' LeBron James reveals why the Mavericks are impossible to stop right now

These games against the Kings are two of the most important games on the schedule since the playoff race is so close, and the Mavs have proved that they are a real contender.

The rest of the league is starting to take notice, and one player who seems high on the Mavs is Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James. On his new podcast "Mind the Game Pod" with JJ Redick, James talked about what makes the Mavs so hard to beat.

James said that Doncic and Irving are always going to do their thing, but said "when Tim Hardaway (Jr.) is hitting six or seven threes, you're done." He also talked about Dante Exum's shooting in particular, as he knocked down seven 3-pointers and dropped 26 points against the Lakers earlier in the season.

James' take on the Mavs is absolutely right, and Tuesday night showed why. Luka and Kyrie dominated during different parts of the game, but the 3-point shooting of Hardaway Jr. and P.J. Washington took this team over the top. Both players knocked down four 3-pointers while Exum and Derrick Jones Jr. also knocked down two threes apiece.

Dallas is unstoppable when their role players are knocking down shots, and if they can keep this up, they will be extremely hard to beat. The Mavs are playing like they won't have to play in the Play-In Tournament next month, but if they end up having to play in it, LeBron and the Lakers are a team that they need to watch out for.

For all the latest on Luka Doncic, Tim Hardaway Jr., and the Dallas Mavericks for the rest of the regular season and the playoffs, stay tuned.
