Dallas Mavericks updated depth chart heading into training camp

Dallas Mavericks small forward depth chart heading into training camp
Fans can interchange the shooting guard and small forward positions if they wish. Hardaway Jr. and the Mavs starter at the four will both play plenty of minutes at this position throughout the season, but here is the group that will look to hold down the small forward spot.
Starter: Reggie Bullock
Bullock proved to be a key floor spacer and defender in the playoffs, which was enough to keep his position in the starting five. He complements Luka Doncic well, and he will be looking to take another step forward this season after struggling to find his jumper early last year.
Backup: Josh Green
Green will be battling Frank Ntilikina and Tim Hardaway Jr. for minutes all season. The 21-year-old put in a ton of work this offseason, and he is planning on having a third-year breakout. Green’s minutes will come down to what he offers on the offensive end of the floor.
Third-string: Theo Pinson
Pinson is back for his second season in Dallas, and he is looking to earn more playing time this year. Can the 6’5 wing prove he is more than just a locker room presence?
Non-guaranteed deal: Tyler Hall
Hall is fighting for a place during training camp, but he appears destined to play for the Texas Legends in the G League this season.
