After exactly one week of free agency, the Dallas Mavericks have re-signed two players and signed two new players.

The two players that they re-signed are Kyrie Irving and Dwight Powell. Both players signed three-year contracts. The Mavericks traded for Irving in February with the hope that he would re-sign this summer, and they got what they were wishing for.

Dallas' new signings are Seth Curry and Dante Exum. Curry is on a two-year contract, while Exum is on a one-year contract. The Mavs also signed defensive specialist Matisse Thybulle to an offer sheet, but the deal fell through as the Trailblazers matched Dallas' offer.

Rumors: Dallas Mavericks expected to trade three-point specialist

These moves will help the Mavericks improve, but they also have work to do on the trade market. And according to Marc Stein, one Mavericks veteran could be out the door soon.

The Mavericks trading Tim Hardaway Jr. is an "expected move" (subscription required), per Stein. Hardaway Jr. has been in Dallas for four and a half seasons as he was included in Dallas' trade for Kristaps Porzingis, but it looks like his time as a Maverick is coming to an end. The Mavs' decision to sign Curry in free agency made some fans question Hardaway Jr.'s future in Dallas, and now fans know Dallas' intentions for Hardaway Jr.'s future.

Hardaway Jr. has played in 273 games in Dallas and has averaged 15.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game. He also shot 37.8 percent from downtown on 7.5 attempts per game. Hardaway Jr. was one of Dallas' most consistent shooters and had a great last few months to last season.

Hardaway Jr. started over half of his games in Dallas over the four-and-a-half seasons he played there, and he will be missed if he's traded. This isn't new news, as the Mavericks were already reported to be shopping him, but it was never stated as an expected move.

Stay tuned to see if Dallas trades Hardaway Jr. and what they get in return. We'll have you covered with all the latest news and rumors surrounding the Mavs, so stay tuned.
