The Dallas Mavericks are still exploring the trade market. They left their final roster spot open in hopes of finding a deal that improves their roster around superstar Luka Doncic. The Mavs traded for Christian Wood this offseason, and president of basketball operations Nico Harrison is not shy about making moves.

The NBA transaction market has slowed down as teams wait to see where Kevin Durant and Donovan Mitchell end up next season. Both players are firmly on the trade block, and the two stars could find new homes at any moment. The Mavericks do not have the pieces to acquire either player, but they could still add an impactful role player via trade this summer.

Bleacher Report put together one trade for every NBA team following the frenzy to open up free agency, and the Mavericks were featured in four separate deals. Here is a look at a grade for each hypothetical trade.

The fictional deals were graded on a scale of A through F with the top mark being a deal Dallas should immediately accept. An F would be an instant hang-up from Mavs lead executive Nico Harrison. C is a deal that should be considered, but Dallas could likely make a better elsewhere.

Bleacher Report did not name the Dallas Mavericks in a blockbuster deal, but each move would improve their roster or give them more depth. It will not be easy for the Mavs to make a trade, but here are four they could do this summer.
