Dallas Mavericks cannot miss game: 4. Mavs vs. Nets on Dec. 7

The Mavericks host the Brooklyn Nets for the only time in early December. It will be one of two chances for Luka Doncic to match up against their star-studded trio. Kevin Durant and James Harden could both be in the MVP race this season as Brooklyn enters as the favorites to win the championship.

It could be the first time the Mavericks face the Nets with all three stars healthy. Dallas won both meetings last season, but Durant, Harden, and Kyrie Irving all played in just one of the games. Harden was the lone star in February, but he missed the May meeting in Dallas. The Nets are impossible to stop when all three of their superstars are healthy.

Former Maverick Steve Nash is the head coach of the Nets. He and Jason Kidd have a massive history and the two Hall of Fame point guards are forever linked. Kidd taking over as head coach of the Mavericks adds just one more wrinkle to this already exciting matchup.

Will Luka Doncic be able to top the Nets and their three stars at the American Airlines Center? It will be one of the arena’s hottest tickets because no fan wants to miss the chance to see four stars on the floor in one night.
