The Dallas Mavericks closed the regular season strong by winning 11 of their final 16 games. Everything is clicking and just at the right time. Besides the last game, the effort shown in the past two weeks has been fantastic and provided a much-needed confidence boost going into the postseason.

Luka Doncic has been leading the charge all season as the Mavs climbed to fifth in the Western Conference. Everyone else on the team has picked up their play after the All-Star break and has given the team a final boost before the playoffs. The Mavericks ended the regular season with a 42-30 record, but a familiar foe awaits.

The LA Clippers face the Mavs in the first round of the playoffs, and it should be a fantastic revenge series. Fans will get to see the familiar faces of Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and Marcus Morris Sr. Hopefully, Dallas can make this series similar to the three regular-season matchups. The Mavs won two of three, including two blowout victories.
