Dallas Mavericks: Luka Doncic and Boban Marjanovic team up to provide laughs during restart

The Dallas Mavericks had fantastic team chemistry during the 2019-2020 season. Led by Luka Doncic vaulting into the MVP conversation, the team took a massive leap in the standings. Boban Marjanovic proved to be a key locker room addition as the Mavs enjoyed spending time together away from the court which improved the on-court product.

Team chemistry became even more important during the Walt Disney World restart. In the beginning, no family or friends were allowed inside the bubble, and the players could not leave. The only people to spend time with were your teammates. Fans saw Doncic and Marjanovic hanging out plenty. From fishing to playing sports, the two made the best of the bubble.

Fans got a treat as the NBA looked back at some of the funniest moments of the restart where Doncic and Marjanovic took center stage. Let us take a closer look.

Luka Doncic and Dallas Mavericks teammate Boban Marjanovic bring the laughs

The NBA put together a short compilation of Luka and Bobi having fun during the restart. See it below.

Fans can see more from their one-on-one battle here. The two had a blast during the restart and brought smiles to everyone’s faces. My personal favorite from the video was Luka faking the rib injury after Boban helped him on the dunk.

The two will be back and ready to go on a deep playoff run next season. Expect the Dallas Mavericks to be an improved team. Luka Doncic will take another step forward this offseason as the front office attempts to add more pieces around their superstar. Could Luka win the MVP as the Mavs take home the title? Do not rule it out. It promises to be a fun and exciting season, so please stay tuned.
