The Dallas Mavericks trailed in their series against the LA Clippers heading into Wednesday night’s game. They dropped the opener despite 42 points from Luka Doncic. Kristaps Porzingis’ ejection in the third quarter changed the game and created the only opening LA needed to pick up the victory.

Mavericks fans were hoping for some adjustments in game two. A playoff series can swing quickly if one team makes the correct changes. The Mavs believe they can win, but making it happen on the court was the goal on Aug. 19.

Dallas won the turnover battle on Wednesday. They committed just nine and forced 15. That was massive in topping the Clippers. The Mavs also outrebounded LA for the first time this season.
