2020 NBA Draft mock 3.0: Which player will Dallas Mavericks select?

NBA Mock Draft #19: Milwaukee Bucks (via Pacers)- Theo Maledon
The Bucks know they can win it all and have their core locked in for next season. Giannis Antetokounmpo’s free agency decision is on the horizon in 2021. If he returns, Milwaukee is set up to contend for the next six seasons.
That means drafting the best player available. The Bucks love to take players with length and a high ceiling. That makes Maledon the target here. The 6’4 guard has a 6’9 wingspan. The 19-year-old was projected as a top ten pick entering this season too.
Maledon’s stock has slipped because injuries hampered his minutes and production. He averaged 7.2 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 2.7 assists in 17.3 minutes per over 46 games this season.
He has played professionally since 2016. Maledon is one of the most experienced players in this class. He saw minutes in 22 EuroLeague games this season.
Maledon is a ball-handler and playmaker with defensive versatility. He has no issues switching thanks to his plus length and quickness. It will take some time, but Maledon could blossom into one of the best players in the 2020 NBA Draft class. The Bucks have had success developing raw talent. They take another shot with Theo Maledon.
