Memphis: Is Chandler Parsons Finally Healthy?

After an injury-filled couple of years in Dallas, Memphis decided to swoop in last summer and sign Chandler Parsons to a four-year, $94 million deal that surprised some people across the league.

Portland was interested and Dallas decided not to pursue Parsons at that price, he was Memphis’ new wing to fit in alongside of Conley and Gasol.

Except Parsons’ injury issues would surface again and he only appeared in 34 games for the Grizzlies where he averaged six points and two rebounds a game.

Now, with Memphis losing Vince Carter, Zach Randolph and others in free agency, the health of Chandler Parsons will be even more important this season as another injury could mean a lottery pick for the Grizzlies next summer.
