15.) Brandon Ingram – Los Angeles Lakers

It took Ingram some time to adjust to the league but he looks to improve in his sophomore year. i believe Ingram takes a step forward this season with Ball running the show.

14.) Wilson Chandler – Denver Nuggets

Chandler goes unnoticed in Denver, but is still a solid wing player when he is healthy. He is a candidate to get traded, but I’m a believer in Wilson Chandler’s game.

13.) Robert Covington – Philadelphia 76ers

Some not so dialed in fans might be surprised by this, but Covington is one of the more underrated  wings in the league. He should always be discussed in the young core in Philly.

12.) Joe Ingles – Utah Jazz

Joe Ingles might not look like a NBA player, but he plays at a high level and just got paid over the summer. A big offensive hole was created by Hayward and Ingles will need to help with that.

11.) Otto Porter – Washington Wizards

Porter is fresh off his max contract after an impressive season last year in Washington. The Wizards desperately need Porter to take the next step in his career and give them the third star they are looking for.
