PORTLAND, OR – APRIL 22: Maurice Harkless
PORTLAND, OR – APRIL 22: Maurice Harkless /

25.) Moe Harkless – Portland Trail Blazers

Harkless has been the subject of trade rumors for the past 12 months but should be the starting small forward over Evan Turner.

24.) Bojan Bogdanovic – Indiana Pacers

Bojan is a quality scorer off the bench, but now comes in as the starting small forward. He is the Paul George replacement…as unfair as that sounds.

23.) Michael Kidd-Gilchrist – Charlotte Hornets

The former second overall pick just five years ago, MKG has not exceeded or met expectations by no means. He did play in 81 games last season, but shot a mere 11%  from behind the arc.

22.) Tuarean Prince – Atlanta Hawks

Prince was a first round pick last year and gave the Hawks a nice, youthful surprise. He should get the playing time needed to take the next step in his career.

21.) C.J. Miles – Toronto Raptors

Miles goes from Indiana to Toronto where he gets a shot at quality minutes and time with a playoff team that could go deep into the playoffs. He is a good outside shooter that should get plenty of open shots.

20.) T.J. Warren – Phoenix Suns

Josh Jackson might get this job eventually, but we are going with Warren at the moment. He is an underrated young piece on a Phoenix team that is full of them.

19.) Tobias Harris – Detroit Pistons

Harris falls victim to the what-area-of-your-game-are-you-really-good-at question in my books. He is an ok starter, but you wonder if there is another level he can reach in his game at this point in his career.

18.) Justise Winslow – Miami Heat

Winslow missed the majority of the season last year due to injury, but should come back better than ever this coming season. Will the youngster take a next step in his game?

17.) Trevor Ariza – Houston Rockets

Ariza has quietly been in the league for a while now and is still a quality wing starter. He can knock down the open shot and still defend at a solid level.

16.) Chandler Parsons – Memphis Grizzlies

We did our lists assuming complete health for this season only. If healthy, and that is a big if, Parsons is a quality starter who can make plays at the wing position.
