30.) New Orleans Pelicans

With Solomon Hill out for the year, the position is wide open for the Pelicans as they debate for in-house options or who is left on the free agent market. At this point, they have to be last.

29.) Paul Zipser – Chicago Bulls

The Zipser phenomena should ride into next season as it’s a battle between him and Justin Holiday at the starting small forward spot. I can’t believe I’m writing about Paul Zipser.

28.) Garrett Temple – Sacramento Kings

The Kings have a few different options with rookie Justin Jackson, Vince Carter and Temple. Any one of them could start, but we give Temple the nod right now.

27.) DeMarre Carroll – Brooklyn Nets

It was just a few years ago that Carroll was playing his best basketball with the Atlanta Hawks. Now, Carroll is a salary dump to Brooklyn where he should give the Nets a veteran presence on the wing.

26.) Terrence Ross – Orlando Magic

Orlando is another team that could go anywhere at small forward, but we give Ross the edge at the moment. A streaky shooter, Ross needs to provide a more consistent impact on both ends of the floor to move up in these rankings.
