Ranking the 30 Starting Small Forwards in the NBA

Harrison Barnes had a breakout year in Dallas last year, but where does he fall in our rankings of all 30 starting small forwards in the NBA?
The Dallas Mavericks signed Harrison Barnes last summer to come in and be a cornerstone piece moving forward for the franchise. Coming in under a max contract, Barnes did better than many fans even imagined during his first year.
Now, in his second season in Dallas, Barnes looks to build off that first year and keep moving towards a potential All-Star in the league.

As a reminder, the rankings are done with only one season in mind and assuming each player is starting the season healthy.
