15.) J.R. Smith – Cleveland Cavaliers

JR is the ultimate heat check guy, but is also an underrated defender. When hitting, he’s one of the best outside shooters in the game, but when he’s not hitting, making a difference in other areas is sometimes difficult.

14.) Jrue Holiday – New Orleans Pelicans

Holiday is probably classified as a point guard by many, but with the addition of Rajon Rondo, it looks as if Holiday will be moving over to shooting guard. Hampered by injuries, when healthy, Holiday is still a solid starter in the league.

13.) Wesley Matthews – Dallas Mavericks

Matthews had another down year in Dallas last year but is still one of the best wing defenders in the game. With Smith Jr. opening up things in the paint this year, Matthews should have a bounce back year.

12.) Gary Harris – Denver Nuggets

This might be too high for some, but Harris is a rising youngster in Denver that will warrant a big pay-day soon.

11.) Nicolas Batum – Charlotte Hornets

Batum was a small forward in Portland before transitioning to the shooting guard spot in Charlotte. When healthy, he gives an all around game that warrants him at 12.
