This is my favorite target for the Dallas Mavericks next summer.

Back last season, Parker tore his ACL once again in a heartbreaking fashion as one of the brighter, young players in the league found their season coming to an end. Over the first three years of his career, he has missed 94 total regular season games.

Now, Parker enters his fourth season in the league where he will miss the majority of the first half of the season recovering from his most recent torn ACL. If you’re Milwaukee, do you give Parker the max extension despite his injury history?

If Milwaukee offers a lower extension, could Parker risk it and test the restricted free agent waters over the summer?

If I’m Dallas and the 23-year-old Parker hits restricted free agent, I’m calling him first offering a max contract.
