With the Dallas Mavericks preparing for a big offseason in the summer of 2018, here are ten potential free agents they could go after.

For the past couple of years, Dallas has notably chased the big fish in free agency and obviously came up short. This year, Dallas changed up their philosophy as they stood pat and look to bring back Nerlens Noel on a favorable contract.

From Mark Cuban to Rick Carlisle, the talk around next summer could be huge for the franchise as they continue to hold cap space for the summer of 2018. But who could they go after?

In regards to free agency next offseason, there are a plethora of big fish at the top followed by some very intriguing prospects that could be huge building blocks moving forward for any franchise.

For the sake of this article, I have left off Seth Curry from the free agent list along with potentially Dirk Nowitzki and Wesley Matthews. I solely looked at players outside of the Mavericks organization currently.

There are big fish who I do not believe Dallas will have a shot at, but also some medium fish that could grow into a big fish over the next couple of years.
