In the first of three first round picks, I have Portland taking one of the more intriguing prospects in the draft in Harry Giles.

If it wasn’t for his past ACL injuries, Giles would certainly be a top 10 or higher pick in the draft. He didn’t have the type of season like some would expect at Duke, but his upside is something Portland can take a chance on with one of their picks.

Portland is a great fit for Giles moving forward.

T.J. Leaf. 16. 24. . . PF/SF

T.J Leaf was arguably the second best player at UCLA this past season and I don’t believe it is all because of Lonzo Ball running the show.

He is a versatile forward who could possibly play both the three and four positions on the floor as he does have an outside shot.

For Chicago, by trading Doug McDermott last season and Nikola Mirotic hitting restricted free agency, Leaf could be a logical replacement in Chicago.

It’s also important to note that Leaf was invited to the green room by the NBA.
