C. Jarrett Allen. 19. 125. .

Jarrett Allen is the latest big man to come out of the University of Texas and could be a solid fit in Atlanta.

Allen is a near seven footer with a seven-foot wingspan that can hold down the paint inside. Although he is athletic, he has some work to do switching on screens and defending in the small ball era.

With Dwight Howard still holding down in the paint, Allen could come in and develop behind him in the front court.

With the second of their three first round picks, I still believe Portland will take a serviceable player at this pick.

Semi Ojeleye is one of my favorite prospects in the draft and will give any team in the first round a body that can excel in this new era of the NBA. He is built like a tank and has the frame that can play both the three and four in the league.

Even if Portland has players with long-term contracts at the same position, Ojeleye would give them insurance if they move on from one of those contracts. This is also a spot where Portland could package the pick with a contract in a trade.
