ISAAC: Getting OG Anunoby at pick 13 would be a steal for Denver.

Denver is another one of these teams that could go in a plethora of directions on draft night. Trading is an option, but with question marks around coming free agents and veterans on the trade block, predicting what this roster will look like is impossible.

Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray and Gary Harris are there to stay, but after that, anything could happen.

Anunoby would be craving the top ten (and still might) if it wasn’t for his ACL tear at the beginning of the college season. But not many players could tear their ACL, leave school at the end of the season, and still be projected a lottery pick.

With the high possibility of Wilson Chandler and Danilo Gallinari not being on the roster next season, Anunoby would be the natural replacement on the roster.

In today’s style of the league, Anunoby is the perfect four/five in this small ball era. He is a freak athletically and can guard multiple positions on the court. With his bulk and frame, he could even play the five in certain lineups.

Pair him with Jokic in the front court and you could have another piece to a special young core in Denver.
