64. . . PF/C. Zach Collins. 12

KOHL: The Detroit Pistons showed signs of moving forwrd from Andre Drummond last season and Zach Collins could be a sign of that even more. However, I believe that since Drummond is under contract for the Pistons for years now, Collins will be moving to more of a power forward role.

This role actually would fit Collins skill set better as the 7-footer is an excellent shooter with good skills in the middle as well. Collins would offer the Pistons an excellent option at the 4 as well as a stretch 5 when Drummond is not on the court.

Pistons fans will also be happy to hear that Collins is a 75% free throw shooter.

Detroit is only a piece or two away from being back in the thick of the Eastern Conference playoff race and Zach Collins will be a good step towards that. I would not expect to see Collins as an every day starter right away, but he will be a good piece for them down the road. As his skills refine, Collins will have a good place in this league.

If the Pistons decided to go a different direction with their pick, I think it would be someone like Harry Giles, John Collins, or TJ Leaf.
