10. 67. . . SF. Jonathan Isaac

KOHL: With Sacramento’s second pick in the draft already (via New Orleans), the Kings are going to want to add a forward to the mix. After selecting their guard of the future in De’Aaron Fox, the Kings will then change things up by going with a highly touted forward in Jonathan Isaac.

Isaac is a very talented forward from Florida State with as much upside as any player in the draft. His one season with the Seminoles was, at times, underwhelming but he is undoubtedly one of the most athletic players out there. He fills a good need with the Kings who are trying to build around Willie Cauley-Stein and newly acquired Buddy Hield.

Fox is the first big step towards building this team and Jonathan Isaac will be the second. Isaac is a 6’11” forward who averaged only 12 points per game in his one season at FSU, but also grabbed nearly 8 boards a night. These stats don’t scream superstar, but Isaac has similar upside to that of a Brandon Ingram type player. His shooting percentage is excellent, but his skills need refining.

If the Kings did not get Isaac here, they may be interested in Zach Collins or OG Anunoby.
