2.) Lonzo Ball

Phoenix, Los Angeles, Dallas

Markelle Fultz might be the better overall prospect, but Lonzo Ball has the “it” factor when he has the ball in his hands.

Ball’s playmaking ability in running an offense is something that reminds you of the early days of Jason Kidd. His dad might dominate the storylines, but Lonzo Ball can be a special player for many years to come in the league.

Los Angeles and Ball pairing up is pretty obvious at this point. For Phoenix, incorporating Ball into the offense with Devin Booker and the young core moving forward would be ideal.

Dallas could take Ball or Fultz with the pick, but I’m leaning towards Ball at the moment for the Mavericks. Dallas needs someone to run the show and the brilliance of Ball in Carlisle’s system would work perfectly.

Ball and Fultz might be the favorites, but I do believe Josh Jackson would get some love if a few teams won the lottery.
