NBA Award Predictions Roundtable: Rookie of the Year

Dario Saric
“There wasn’t much to like about the Sixers this season besides Saric and Joel Embiid. The rookies provided a glimmer of hope for Philly’s faithful fan base. Unfortunately for Embiid, he couldn’t manage to even play half the season.
We all know the best ability is availability and Saric has been that and more. His 12.8 points and 6.3 rebounds may not jump out at you but he has been the most consistent rookie all year and the steady leader of an overachieving Sixers team (28-53).” –Emmanuel Dixon
“Can Yogi get some love? Ferrell has been great since his call up, but I’m going with Dario Saric. Saric finally came over to Philly and has proved the Sixers that he was worth the pick. His stats don’t jump out at you, but ever since Embiid went down again, he has been the best play on Philly. Brogdon and Embiid would second and third.” –Isaac Harris
