If you are the Phoenix Suns, you take the best talent available no matter what your roster looks like at the moment.

Even though they have Eric Bledsoe, Brandon Knight, and Tyler Ulis under contract, Ball should be the pick for the Suns. Ball would immediately come in to form one of the best, young back courts in the country with Devin Booker. The Ball and Booker tandem would instantly become must see television.

This would allow Phoenix to shop both Bledsoe and Knight around the league for more wing help. It wouldn’t even surprise me to see Bledsoe moved for another first round pick in this situation.

Phoenix would then have a young core of Ball, Booker, Chriss, Bender, Warren, Ulis and more moving forward.
