64. . . PF. Lauri Markkanen. 12

At this point, grabbing Markkanen is a steal.

I love the game of Markkanen, but if he slips past Dallas, he could fall a bit. I could see Minnesota reaching for him at six and I could see him falling into the late lottery. The range for him is wide.

From a statistical standpoint, Markkanen could be tabbed as the greatest shooting big man prospect coming out of college. He has proven he can shoot the basketball at Arizona, but needs to improve on his post offense and defense.

Stan Van Gundy did wonders with Ryan Anderson in Orlando and Markkanen would be an excellent prospect for him to work with alongside of Andre Drummond. He also wouldn’t have the pressure of being a high draft pick and would be a better version of Jon Leuer and Henry Ellenson.

I could also see this as a high spot for Luke Kennard also.
