9.) Dallas Got Younger

The Mavericks have been known to be the team to take on aging veterans such as Amare Stoudemire and Richard Jefferson, but this season, it has been a different story.

When the Dallas Mavericks decided to ship out Andrew Bogut and Deron Williams, it signaled a shift towards the youth movement for the Mavs moving forward. The following are the players 25 years old or younger.

Harrison Barnes, Seth Curry, Nicolas Brussino, A.J. Hammons, Dorian Finney-Smith, Nerlens Noel, Yogi Ferrell, Jarrod Uthoff and Dwight Powell.

That makes up nine of the 15 man roster for the Dallas Mavericks closing out the season.

Dallas remained competitive in one of Dirk Nowitzki’s last few years and got younger at the same time.
