Even though the season didn’t go as planned for the Dallas Mavericks, there are plenty of positives to take away from the season.

It’s safe to say that the season didn’t go like they wanted it to go for the Dallas Mavericks in the 2016-17 season.

Hobbled by injuries from the start, the injury bug was just a bug, but rather a permanent hinderance throughout the whole season. Finishing with a 33-49 record, the Mavericks locked up their first losing season under the ownership of Mark Cuban.
