Dallas Mavericks 2017 NBA Draft Big Board 4.0

The Dallas Mavericks are climbing up the draft as they currently sit with the 9th worst record in the league. Here is the fourth installment of my Mavs Draft Big Board.
After a roller coaster of a season batting injuries and trying to find their identity, the Dallas Mavericks were eliminated from playoff contention and have focused on their draft position ever since.
Dallas has lost six of their last seven games with a Friday night matchup with San Antonio coming up. To round out the season, Dallas faces Phoenix, Denver and Memphis.
Standings wise, the Mavericks are currently slotted into the 9th pick in the draft, but are only up on Minnesota by a half game for the 8th pick. How Dallas finishes over their last four games of the season is crucial to their draft position.
Either way, Dallas is poised for a top 10 pick in the draft and luckily for them, there are 10-11 prospects that many teams would drool to have in their system. The difference between picking 10-11 compared to 7-8 is the Mavericks would simply take what is left of the top prospects instead of having their choice.
In the first three installments of my Dallas Mavericks 2017 Draft Big Boards, I ranked 15 players based off Mavs roster fit, positional needs, and direction moving forward. Since Dallas is looking at a top 10 pick, I will focus on a top 10 draft board for the Mavericks in this fourth installment.
Since Draft Board 3.0, we have seen the NCAA Tournament come and go while some players have elected to stay in school.
