Dallas Mavericks: Mid-Season Forward Grades

Next on the Dallas Mavericks Mid-Season Grades, we talk about the Mavs forwards and the impact that they have had individually for the team so far this season.
Again, trust me, I am fully aware that we have passed the mid-season point and are much closer to the All-Star break. That being said, this is an important part of the season where we need to evaluate each player’s contribution to the team.
The Dallas Mavericks have been full of lineup changes, shuffling positions, and utilizing players in more ways than one. For that reason, you see Wes who is usually a shooting guard here, but also Dirk who’s been playing mostly center this season, here with the forwards.
None of that matters so much as every player will get a grade no matter what position. This seems to be the stronger set of Mavs players and they are graded as such. Dallas is currently sitting at 22-32 after back-to-back wins against the Utah Jazz and Orlando Magic.
We will start our grading with the man of the year for the Mavericks and someone who has made his case as the heir to the throne when Dirk hangs it up.
Next: Harrison Barnes
