The next couple of months for the Dallas Mavericks could determine a lot with the future of the franchise. Here are four things I don’t want the organization to do.

With Mark Cuban as the owner of the franchise, you never know what will happen for the good or worse. He will take the risk no matter the possible outcome and has brought the best, along with the worst, outcomes to the city of Dallas.

Now his Mavericks sit at the bottom of the league in one of Dirk Nowitzki’s last years. So what does he do now?

The Mavs have one of the oldest rosters in the league, expiring contracts, some young flyers, and a potential top 5 pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.

With a risky owner, players coming back from injury and a trade deadline looming, the future of the franchise could be determined over the next couple of months.

Here are four things I DON’T want the organization to do this season.
