Could a Dirk Nowitzki Led All International Team Beat Team USA?

With Team USA winning gold once again in the Olympics, what if you could combine all international players in the world into one team. Could that team beat Team USA?
The United States once again sent another loaded team this summer to the Summer Olympics in Rio, but it wasn’t without some drama surrounding the roster.
With players such as Stephen Curry, LeBron James, Russell Westbrook and others opting to stay home for the summer, Team USA had some new faces to join some returning veterans.
Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony, and the crew went into Rio and went undefeated after routing Serbia for the gold medal. After some close calls in group play, Team USA pulled away from the competition as expected and won their gold medal.
But what if you could build a team that could challenge Team USA for gold? What if you could take all international players outside of the United States and form a 12-man roster?
The game would have a similar set up of the soccer game that takes place every year between a heavyweight team from Europe against the MLS All-Stars. Hypothetically, of course, it would be this past Team USA team against my all international team.
