The Dallas Mavericks have made huge changes in their starting lineup for this upcoming year. Many don’t know what to expect. Here is a rundown of every player’s expectations that will start for the Dallas Mavs in 2016-17.

Even though the Dallas Mavericks season has not started yet, the starting lineup has been determined since the free agency period was still in full swing. Two new players joining the squad and three returning to fill out the lineup will make this an intriguing season.

Even though the Mavs made the playoffs last season, most players outside Dirk were underwhelming during the season. This can be attributed to injury, limited roles in the offense or other things.

This season, however, expect the Mavericks to be much more rounded as a team. Injuries are gone, new players found bigger roles, and we still have the Big German to lead the team. Here are just a few of my predictions for the starters expectations in the upcoming season.
