The final matchup would look something like this…

The obvious area that USA has the advantage over every team in Rio is the wing and their pure athleticism. Other countries, and quite frankly anyone in the NBA, have struggles in guarding players like Kevin Durant who is as tall and fast as anyone on their teams.

Even though this would be fun to watch, I would still give Team USA the nod in a single game matchup. The real question, would you give this team a shot a winning one game against USA in a seven-game series?

I’m not sure I would.
