The Back Court

Ricky Rubio (Spain/Timberwolves)

Tony Parker (France/Spurs)

Sergio Llull (Spain)

Nando De Colo (France)

With Tony Parker on the back end of his career, I would probably give the edge to Ricky Rubio in starting at the point guard spot, even though it is close. Rubio would take on the task of guarding Kyrie Irving most likely and that wouldn’t be quite fair.

De Colo and Llull are two of the three non-NBA players on the roster. De Colo is a combo guard who won the 2015-16 Euroleague MVP while Llull has been the starting point guard (and coveted by Houston) for Real Madrid for the past multiple seasons.

For the starting shooting guard spot, I would turn to a wing player in the next category.
