4.) Harrison Barnes, Dallas Mavericks

Whether you like it or not, Harrison Barnes is a max player in Dallas, Texas.

As a result of Kevin Durant choosing the Golden State Warriors, Golden State had to renounce the rights to Harrison Barnes and make him an unrestricted free agent. Now the young small forward gets out of the shadows in Golden State and heads to a Dallas team in need of a new cornerstone.

But there is an unknown factor to Barnes kind of similar to James Harden when he played in OKC behind Westbrook and Durant. What kind of player can Barnes be with the ball in his hands more? Can he be an all-star outside of the stacked Golden State team?

Barnes will step in right away and be a focus of the offense. Although he will have his struggles adjusting to his new role, he will have every opportunity to turn into something great.

With the new scenery and increased role in Dallas, Barnes could have a breakout season.
