10.) Clint Capela, Houston Rockets

For the past couple of years, it has been Dwight Howard anchoring the middle in Houston, but now its Clint Capela’s job to lose.

The third year center out of Switzerland backed up Howard last season where he provided a solid combination of athleticism and shot blocking ability off the bench. He finished the season averaging seven points, six rebounds, and just over a block a game on just 19 minutes a night.

Still just 22-years old, it’s Capela’s job to lose as the starting center in Houston this year. Although raw on the offensive end, Capela’s athleticism should bode well in D’Antoni’s fast paced system.

Now, with Howard out-of-the-way, Capela could have a breakout season.
