4.) Chicago Bulls

Is there a more confusing team this offseason than the Chicago Bulls?

After trading off Derrick Rose and looking to be headed towards the bottom of the league, they sign both Rajon Rondo and Dwyane Wade in free agency. Thus putting together one of the most intriguing back courts in the NBA.

Behind them, in the backcourt, the depth could be an issue though. They received unproven Jerian Grant in the Rose deal and have Spencer Dinwiddie, but that’s about it.

Felton could step in right away and come off the bench with Grant in either of the backup guard positions. With the Bulls looking to push for the playoffs, Felton would increase their chance in that and lead their second unit.
