2.) He’s a Winner

Attending Ames High School in Ames, Iowa, Barnes started his winning ways. During his junior year, his team finished 26-0 after winning the Iowa 4A state championship.

From there, Barnes attending North Carolina where he went 61-14 over his two years. During his sophomore year, his Tar Heels were considered a title contender before Kendall Marshall went down with a wrist injury in the tournament.

Barnes comes to the NBA and joins a rising backcourt of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson where he would continue his winning ways. Most notably, Barnes averaged over 30 minutes a game as a starter on a Warriors team that won a record-setting 73 games last season.

Barnes is a winner, and has been his whole life.
