J.J. Redick: $7.3 million (expiring)

To some’s surprise, the Clippers were granted a sit down meeting with Kevin Durant over the weekend. To even more surprise, LA plans to pitch the idea of a “Big Four” compared to a “Big Three” to Durant.

Trying to fit Durant in with Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, and DeAndre Jordan would be near impossible, but if they could get the agreement, the whole team would basically be gone.

Redick would immediately be dealt to shed his contract off the books.

Redick next to Matthews would be a unique fit, but who says Redick would have to start? He could come off the bench in the Jamal Crawford Sixth Man role in Dallas and put the ball in the basket.

You could even mention Blake Griffin if LA decided to trade him away to bring in Durant, but Dallas would be out-bid quickly in that situation for the big fella.
